the service was impeccable, and the spa and wellness centre provided an array of treatments that truly relaxed and rejuvenated me. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all exceptional, and the beauty treatments at the spa lounge were outstanding. The entertainment was live and diverse, and the beach access and sun terrace with sun loungers provided a serene and beautiful ambience. Cons: the only minor issue I had was with the French restaurant, which was pricey and just okay. I had previously dined at another hotel's restaurant and found it to be far superior in taste and quality.

Well, the hotel icon super architecture, maybe too pushy but at a high level of performance, cosmetics in the bathroom really perfect and professional, on the sun terrace very good service, nice treats.

Unfortunately, there are also downsides, maybe not so great, but in a hotel that is considered to be the best in the world, there shouldn't be any place: Asian breakfasts are quite abundant, but continental, really weak and without a choice, mundane incidents such as lack of plates and glasses during breakfast! Long waiting time for service, room service to deliver ice to the room after a double reminder after about 45 minutes hm really unprofessional, admission to the Wild wadi is included in the price, but already the lockers for clothes have to be paid!!!!! I think it's already embarrassing. And the last issue I attached a picture of how the hotel as if 5+ star means the apartment number this system is found in cheap motels yellow sticker

Well, there's not much to do inside the hotel as I was leaving the hotel to the restaurant and pool area and that's it. Then it is of admiration the construction suspended in the sea but there is not much zone to walk or to realize more activities

How to evaluate a 7* hotel whose staff ... forgets to pick you up from the airport and it's on your holiday that you report to them . a clear lack of good managers and training for the lower level staff who are very nice (a sensational elevator waiter or swimming pool) willing to help you propose... You can watch the competitions of the Ritz. Unfortunately, the selection of management staff is a key issue in this type of hotel.

They were really nice too ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The attention to detail and personalized service made us feel like royalty. The level of luxury at this hotel was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were really good too make our stay nice, even providing us with a special upgrade to a fine suite with very nice views. The service was perfect, making us feel pampered. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to the city and all its attractions. this hotel provided a world-class experience.

On the second floor of the room the internet was not working! I called several times to complain and they said they had fixed it but nothing! The food was very regular and quite expensive for what it was ... the dinner of the last day was served super cold .. very bad for a hotel of that category and price

Excellent at all points ... how do they ensure a perfect follow-up and coordination of all requests ... ... you leave your room for departure, you are expected to check out, the removal of your luggage ... we arrive at the lobby the limousine presents itself ... we are traces!!!! Laughter

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the world-famous Burj Al Arab hotel for a fantastic, exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like royalty, making me feel truly special. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture both inside and out. The rooms are luxurious and clean, and the views of the Persian Gulf are breathtaking. The amenities, including the Hermes toiletries and the abundance of gold-painted interiors, add an extra touch of luxury. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every need is met. The hotel also offers fantastic dining options, as well as a free shuttle cart service and access to the Wild Wadi Waterpark. my stay at this 7-star hotel was beyond perfection, and I highly recommend it.

Located near private beaches, Wild Wadi Waterpark, and various restaurants, this hotel offers convenience and accessibility for its guests. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the hotel offers many facilities, including free entrance to the Wild Wadi Waterpark and buggy transport throughout the Jumeirah area.

One area of improvement would be the pool, which at times can get crowded with day guests and influencers, somewhat interrupting the tranquility of the hotel.

The rooms were fine, with luxurious furnishings and very nice views. The butler service was a nice touch, even though there were a few small hiccups. The restaurant options were varied and all provided delicious meals.

That some of the staff seemed inexperienced and there were a few communication issues. For example, we weren't informed about the hotel's private beach or the restaurants being fully booked on New Year's Eve.

We had an amazing stay with amazing views and perfect cleanliness. The facilities were really good, from the infinity pool overlooking the sea, to private beach access, and even transportation to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was really good.
